Bonnie Hunter Workshop

On June 16th the Ashtabula Friendly Quilters guild and friends followed up a great trunk show from the night before with an all day workshop with Bonnie Hunter!  The group worked on Bonnie's quilt pattern called Jared Takes a Wife.  Bonnie shared some great tips and tricks to help piece this project quickly and accurately.  It was a great time and I think it's safe to say fun was had by all!

Here are a few pictures of our day:

Below is the quilt pattern we all worked on - Bonnie's version!

Now for OUR versions!  Look how pretty:

Bonnie demonstrates her sewing techniques for us:

Quilter's love to sew to their favorite tunes -

Quilters need feel fuel to sew...

...and this kind of fuel too!  Those cookies were yummy!

Some ladies need to take off their shoes to create their amazing quilts...right Cathy?

Thank you Bonnie, we all had such a fun time!
